In the current world of continious transformation, globalisation and digitalisation, complexity is increasing day by day. For companies to survive firstly and grow secondly, it is mandatory to understand it's environment unequivocally in order to unwind this complexity.
Business issues are viewed as complex and perceived as difficult to resolve or change as such. Business owners and decision makers tend to stall in these kind of situations once confronted in this entangled position.
The key to succes is to de-complex the situation in comprehensible (sub) parts which are "congestual", step by step whilst taken into account the capabilities of people.
